We must be notified of any issues within 30 days of order delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If your order was sent with free shipping, the actual cost of postage for the original shipment will be deducted from the return value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, nor any digital items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
